Logins and passwords are managed person by person under Users & Passwords.

Every person signs in with their own User ID and password. Whatever they add, edit or delete is recorded under their name in the Activity Log.

Import Pilgrims from Excel / CSV

Upload an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file. The sheet, the heading row and the columns are all found for you; rows shaded the same colour are read as one family. Check the mapping below before importing.

Matched on CNIC, then passport number, then name plus father's name. Only columns present in your sheet are updated — anything you leave out keeps its current value, and photos are never affected.
A page is the file written out word for word inside the app, under Office Lists, so nobody has to open the original again.
Leave this ticked so the Pilgrims, Payments and Summary tabs all move with the file. Untick it for a page that is not a list of people, such as a collection or summary sheet.

Import Ledger Entries

Upload an .xlsx, .xls or .csv statement. The sheet, the heading row and the columns are found for you. Your file can carry either separate Debit and Credit columns, or one Amount column with a side.

Every Debit imported is then taken off that group's profit as an expense. A Group / Tour column in your file overrides this row by row.
